2. Booking & Payments

- Children, families, and groups are welcome; however, some activities (like quad bike rides or dune bashing) may have age or health restrictions.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- Company Cancellation:
- In case of extreme weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.
- A full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
4. Health & Safety
- Some activities, such as dune bashing, quad biking, and camel rides, may not be suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- People with back or heart problems
- Infants under 3 years
